Our delegation is participating at Reeberbahn Festival, WOMEX and Budapest Showcase Hub (BuSH) this autumn.

Reeperbahn Festival, 19–22.09

13th Reeperbahn Festival takes place from 19–22 September in Hamburg, Germany. Our delegation includes Music Estonia's director Virgo Sillamaa and Mihkel Kübar and Martin Ruus from Intsikurmu Festival. Estonian music scene will be represented by rap-duo HOAX and Birgit Karus, the CEO and Founder of Estonian start-up Fanvestory will give an overview of the start-up and talk about the new revenue stream for artists at the conference.

From 19–22 September 2018, the Reeperbahn Festival will present more than 900 events spanning a range of genres in locations around Hamburg’s Reeperbahn. Since its debut in 2006, the Reeperbahn Festival has grown to become one of the most important meeting places for the music industry worldwide, and, as Europe's largest club festival, it boasts a broad spectrum of emerging and more established artists.

WOMEX, 24.–28.10

The annual world music expo WOMEX takes place from 24–28 October, this year in  Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. Our delegation includes Music Estonia's director Virgo Sillamaa, Tuulikki BartosikGabriel Dluzewski (Fränder), Sander Kahu (Estonian Traditional Music Center), Mari Kalkun, Karoliina Kreintaal (Tintura), Maarja Nuut, Säde Tatar (Fränder), Ruslan Trochynskyi (Svjata Vatra), Terje Trochynskyi (Svjata Vatra).

WOMEX – the World Music Expo – is the most international music meeting in the world and the biggest conference of the global music scene, featuring a trade fair, talks, films and a showcase festival. Over 2500 professionals come together every October from more than 90 countries, making WOMEX not only the number one networking platform for the world music industry but also the most diverse music meeting worldwide.

Budapest Showcase Hub (BUSH), 15.–17.11

BUSH takes place from 15–17 November in Budapest Hungary. Our delegation includes Music Estonia's Head of International Projects Martiina Putnik, Marketing Assistant Mariann Kapanen; Kädi Eelmaa, Marii Reimann and Martin Ruus from Intsikurmu Festival, Märt Truman from Noortebänd and Karin Vahar from Kaabu MusicEstonian musicians performing at the festival are Erki Pärnoja and Frankie Animal.

Budapest Showcase Hub is a showcase festival and a conference focusing on the Eastern European region.
