AMP DEVELOPMENT is a program for music companies starting with exports, aiming to focus on their company strategy, service development, and implementation of development activities in 2024, to achieve new services, markets, and a sustainable business model.

AMP programme participants have been chosen.

The prerequisites for participating in the program include having an export-focused project at least at the idea stage and the willingness to invest time in developing your company.

THE PROGRAM INCLUDES:

• Company diagnostics and development plan: In collaboration with experts, an overview of the current situation of the company will be created, including key activities and objectives, structuring and budgeting, and planning further services and activities accordingly.
• Support from an international mentor selected based on the company’s needs and goals, for up to six sessions, one of which can be with a mental health expert with experience in the music field.
• Contact trip to Finland to gain insights into the work of companies in a similar field in the neighboring country, their business model, challenges, company structure, service logic, etc.
• Involvement of a field-specific employee (with a 0.2 workload) in the company’s activities during the program to achieve the goals set in the development plan.
• Participation of up to 2 company representatives in seminars with the following focuses: 1) diversity, equality, and inclusion, 2) sustainable music export, 3) digital waste reduction, 4) mental health.
• Additional funding of up to 5,000 euros for each participating company to implement activities in the export development plan, such as artist performances at showcase festivals, participation in conferences, fairs, or business delegations, hiring PR support, etc. (Eligible activities and types of expenses are limited and must be pre-approved by Music Estonia).
• Program participation fee: 375 euros per month (12 months), totaling 4,500 euros. The total value of the program is over 15,000 euros, with a self-contribution of approximately 30%.

Five Estonian music companies will be selected to participate in the program. The selection will be made by a five-member expert committee based on the application forms. Participating companies must have no tax debts and must have submitted their financial statements on time.

Program duration: March 2024 to February 2025.

Additionally, in the second half of 2024, a 6-month AMP FOCUS program will open, also selecting five music companies. More information below. One company can participate in only one program. Companies that have participated in the AMP program in previous years can participate in the AMP DEVELOPMENT program with a clear justification and are encouraged to participate in the AMP FOCUS program aimed at advanced music companies.

The application for the AMP DEVELOPMENT program is closed. The companies selected to participate are: Greator Productions OÜ, Ehtertainment OÜ, U.C.E Agency OÜ, Migrek OÜ, Singability OÜ.
