Britt Randma is a music entrepreneur, CEO of Main Character Agency, a music management and marketing company. Her main role is music manager, working with Night Tapes, Kitty Florentine, mixing/mastering engineer José Diogo Neves, she also built up the career of a local pop artist An-Marlen, who she managed 3 years. Beside that she offers marketing, communications and consultation services, organizes events and parties, including the party series “Reivile minuga”, where she quite often plays music under the name DJ Britiimperium. For two semesters she has given digital marketing lectures at MUBA.
